What is your rate?
My fee is $225 for an hour session.
Do you take Insurance?
I take some plans from the following insurances:
Aetna
Oxford
UnitedHealth Care
Oscar
I can also offer a Superbill at the end of each Month for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance if your plan is not listed above.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel an appointment please do so with 24 hours notice.
Cancellations with less notice than 24 hours will be charged a full session fee.
